Commitment and Enthusiasm
As healing is the complex and dynamic task of undoing, unlearning, rediscovering and rebuilding, it will likely not happen in an altogether linear or even predictable manner. You may find that you need multiple sessions with support to be able to identify and address the root cause, for example. Throughout, your commitment to yourself is decisive. We, in turn, are committed to you.
We have designed this program to put you on your path to healing: we will provide you with tools to create powerful intentions, offer you strategies to establish the conditions for follow through, and support you in moving towards your goals with commitment and enthusiasm.
Cultivation of Right (Mind)Set
Psychedelics are powerful tools of self-illumination: they will expose you to yourself, showing you your intrinsic beauty, but also those aspects of yourself you may have worked hard to ignore. We will work together to help prepare you mentally and emotionally for this powerful experience, providing you with practical guidance on setting your intention and for safely traversing the mysterious realms of your psyche in an altered state. Confronting certain parts of you may be uncomfortable in the short term, but with our support you will have activated the right mindset, and feel ready to navigate the waters of your consciousness.
Creating the Right Environment
Much like the mindset, the setting has important implications for the psychedelic experience. Creating a safe and comfortable space free of clutter and distractions is as valuable as going into the experience with the right intention. We will help you prepare the space of your psychedelic journey by subtracting hazardous elements and adding elements conducive to going inward.
Dose
Choosing the right dose and mode of ingestion of psychedelics is of great importance. We will provide you with science-based information on the right dose, and educate you on the variables you need to consider to make an informed decision in line with your personal characteristics, needs and intention, in order to increase the probability of achieving your desired outcome.
Music Curation
Music plays a key role in the psychedelic journey. Rather than simply listening to ambient, “trippy” tunes, we’ve found that a more structured playlist intentionally paired with each stage of the trip leads to a much more profound and meaningful experience. Participants often say they feel a deep emotional connection to the music, as if they were part of it. We draw from playlists developed by psychedelic researchers, as well as from our own experience. Difference Between Distress and Discovery
No doubt, psychedelic experiences can sometimes be challenging. After all, psychedelics are powerful catalysts for healing and transformation. It is true that they will unearth personal issues, memories, and emotions in their full complexity. But labeling more intense experiences simply as “bad trips” does not do them justice. The key to benefiting from everything psychedelics have to teach us is preparation, openness, trust, and the understanding that uncomfortable experiences are temporary. Our role is to to help you traverse intense energies by offering real-time grounding so that even difficult experiences can turn into lasting breakthroughs.
Turn Insight Into Action
Because psychedelics are extremely useful for exploring, among others, the big mysteries of life and death, the insights gained in altered states of consciousness can sometimes seem too abstract, difficult to process, and will require some time for reflection. In the weeks following your experience, we will schedule integration calls to help you work through and gain deeper understanding into your experience, and offer valuable support to help turn your individual lessons into concrete everyday actions without diminishing their power of fascination.

For in-person sessions, travel fees or venue rentals may apply depending on your location. We’ll discuss options during our consultation to ensure the best fit for your needs.
Session Expiration:
To maximize your growth, all integration sessions are designed to be used within two months of your experience. This ensures momentum and lasting results.
